a Volunteer Volunteer at the SEA Lab Try your hand at being an Aquarist or Marine Educator! We'll train you how to interact with sea creatures, help maintain an aquarium and provide informative tours to students. Anyone who is at least 14 years old may apply. The following are required to qualify as a volunteer: - If you are between 14 and 16 years old, then you must be accompanied by a parent to apply. - All volunteers must attend an orientation and training prior to their service hours. - Volunteers must be able to commit to six hours per month for six months. - Please note: there is a required fee of $35 to cover the costs of training materials and uniform.
