LA Conservation Corps Youth Helped Make it a Big Sunday

On May 7, 2006, LA’s Annual Day of Service, LA Conservation Corps participants led community members in tree planting and community garden projects. Together, we completed projects reaching from Hollenbeck on the eastside to Walgrove on the Westside, and on campuses including Manual Arts High School, Reseda High School, LA Community College and San Jose Elementary School. Our thanks to everyone who made the day possible – adults and youth alike!
