AWARDS & SCHOLARSHIPS

We understand that in order for our Corpsmembers to survive in today’s job market, they must strive for more than a high school diploma.

For this reason, we offer our Corpsmember graduates scholarship and awards opportunities to help them pursue post-secondary education and vocational training. We also help students make their transition out of high school by assisting them with forms and answering general questions about the application process.

All of our Corpsmembers are offered the below privately-funded opportunities to pursue their higher education and continued education goals when they leave our program.

The Russell Kantor Next Steps Fund Award

The Los Angeles Conservation Corps offers the Russell Kantor Next Steps Fund Award each year to Corpsmembers and alumni, made possible by private donations raised at our Annual LA Corps Spring Luncheon Celebration.
