Urban Forestry Tree Supervisor

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the Urban Forestry Tree Inspector implements the mission of the LA Conservation Corps by using his or her leadership and technical skills to develop the educational and work skills of young people, enabling them to advance in their own personal and career opportunities. The Urban Forestry Tree Inspector (located at the Griffith Park satellite site) accomplishes this mission by supporting the City pLAnts’ Public Space Tree Planting Program by acting as a technical supervisor who holds program partners accountable and has permission from the City’s Urban Forestry Division to approve projects. S/he also ensures that the communities served receive high quality service.
