Dear Friends of the Corps,
I hope you are staying safe and well. Thanks to the heroic efforts of firefighters, the National Guard and first responders, significant progress has been made to contain the fires. My heart remains with everyone affected by these devastating wildfires.
Since my email last Friday, some of our Corps teams have already been activated, and our Corpsmembers are prepared to respond as the recovery continues to unfold. We are delivering supplies, supporting food banks, and clearing debris. Early next week, we’ll expand our efforts to include flood mitigation and watershed protection, with additional recovery and rebuilding initiatives to follow.
