These efforts have equivalent environmental impacts of 822 metric tons of CO2 avoided (equal to 178 cars driven for 1 year), 52 million gallons of water saved (equal to 78 Olympic swimming pools), and 475,701 meals recovered (enough to feed 434 people for 1 year).
