LOS ANGELES – After 25 years of extraordinary service to the LA Conservation Corps, including more than a decade as Chief Executive Officer, Wendy Butts has announced her decision to step away from the CEO role.

Dear Friends of the Corps, I hope you are staying safe and well. Thanks to the heroic efforts of firefighters, the National Guard and first responders, significant progress has been made to contain the fires.

The devastation caused by the wildfires is heartbreaking. This is an unprecedented time for Angelenos, and our hearts go out to everyone impacted by these catastrophic fires.
